We aim to understand how you use your body and then we develop a plan to support that need. Our plans include movements that strengthen, lengthen, stabilize or simply rest the muscles and joints to improve movement function and decrease pain.
Movement Therapy sessions are delivered as remedial exercises after your Massage Therapy treatment.

To assist you with self-care between treatments, we use a brand new app called PhysiApp which allows you to complete your prescribed exercise program by following crystal-clear, narrated exercise videos. It also offers built-in reminders to help you to stay on track towards a better you.
