Timekah has been a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2008, running a successful practice at Avoshea Therapy & Wellness Clinic for the past 10 years, helping countless individuals improve their quality of life by alleviating physical and mental stress with massage therapy. Over the years, Timekah has worked with many clients navigating burnout, overwhelm, and the challenges of achieving work-life balance—issues that often manifest as chronic pain, stiffness, and immobility.

As a working professional, wife, and mother of three, Timekah deeply resonates with these struggles and understands firsthand the toll they can take. Her own journey through burnout and the pursuit of balance inspired her to explore personal growth and implement lasting changes to prioritize her well-being. This transformation not only improved her own life but also sparked her passion for helping others do the same.

Most recently Timekah has become a self-published author after releasing her first book, Tuning In To Tune Out: Starting Your Self-Care Journey With Meditation. This book shares insights from her personal self-care journey and provides a practical, step-by-step guide to help readers take control of their lives and show up as their most authentic selves.

Today, in addition to practicing Registered Massage Therapy, Timekah combines her professional expertise and personal experience to empower busy individuals to live more balanced, authentic, and meaningful lives through Self-Care Coaching. Her work is rooted in the belief that self-care is not a luxury but a necessity—and that with the right tools and support, it’s possible to thrive in both personal and professional roles without compromise.
