Registered Massage Therapist and Self-Care Strategist
Timekah has spent over a decade helping clients relieve physical tension and the effects of chronic stress. Through her work as an Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), she saw how burnout, overwhelm, and work-life imbalance often show up in the body as pain and fatigue.
As a working professional, wife, and mother of three, she understands these pressures firsthand. Her own journey toward prioritizing well-being inspired her to expand her work beyond the treatment room. Today, she integrates her clinical expertise as an RMT with Self-Care Coaching, empowering busy adults to build sustainable, self-care centered lives rooted in balance, authenticity, and alignment.
